Marketing Executive
Are you a marketing professional with particularly good social media skills and a passion for marketing, if so please take 5 minutes of your time to read on, as this is a fantastic opening to join a super Financial Services provider in Cirencester (South Cerney) where we can honestly say everyone comes into work with a smile on their face, working for a business that values its staff and their wellbeing and as such have an incredibly low turnover of staff, so vacancies such as this do not come up very often.
This business has experienced some impressive growth recently and have a leadership team in place to make sure this continues and have big plans for the future. They currently number 85 people in the business as a whole, so you will know most people there once you have settled in and be able to put a name to the face, and you will be working in a fantastic purpose-built office in South Cerney.
Due to the very low turnover of staff, this is a rarely available career opportunity for someone career minded who wants to work for a business who offer first class training and development for all its staff as well as a stable and enjoyable working environment, working for a Head of Marketing who is described by their peers as supportive, friendly, extremely caring and someone who leads from the front.
The main purpose of your role will be to support the Head of Marketing in the development and co-ordination of all marketing and promotional efforts of the business and its products. Implementing the whole marketing mix in line with the companies Brand Guidelines and FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) Regulations. This role will be a real generalist marketing role, with a slight focus on social media and marketing projects as well as new product launches. You will also manage and maintain social media channels including posting, monitoring, and design requirements, update and maintain the company’s website, making suggestions for improvement and future development, manage the creation and delivery of marketing emails including data management as well as acting as Brand Champion to enhance and develop the companies brand internally and externally.
To be considered you will need a relevant marketing degree or qualification such as CIM or equivalent, as well as at least 1 year working within a marketing function with good social media skills. Those with experience in a financial services setting would be at a distinct advantage though this is not essential.
Office hours are 8:45am to 5pm with an hour for lunch, and the salary on offer is circa £30-35,000, depending on experience, with them offering hybrid working. (You will need to be in the office at least 2 days a week)
