Kieran Boyle - Managing Director

Hi there, I’m Kieran the Managing Director here at CKB Recruitment, and would like to welcome you to our business.

I set up CKB in 2017 with the help of my wonderful business partners Dave Kershaw and Rob Fisk at Hilton Lord, after a successful career working for some of the leading insurance recruitment agencies where I held a number of Senior Consultant and Insurance Division Manager roles. I am ex insurance myself and have lived and breathed this wonderful industry since I left college and started my insurance career at Direct Line all the way back in 1998.

I had some awful experiences with agencies myself when I was a candidate in the insurance industry, and this has always stayed with me, and is why we are so service focused here at CKB.

Our aim is to become an extension of your business, becoming a trusted advisor to help you find the right talent to fulfil your own business needs and growth plans.
