Mortgage Broker (Employed)

We are currently working with a fully independent, whole of market mortgage brokerage with offices located in London, Cambridgeshire, Essex and Hertfordshire.

The office in Essex is based in Colchester and is the newest in the group. This is currently made up of 1 Senior Broker and an Administrator, as well a two other brokers who “hot desk”. They have big plans for this office, and as such are now looking for several new Employed Mortgage Advisors to join the team. They are ideally seeking experienced brokers wanting to work in a grown-up environment!

They offer an excellent opportunities for Mortgage Consultant's to develop a highly lucrative career. They are renowned for excellence, and are looking for highly accomplished, polished and professional brokers to join them.

Successful candidates will have the advantage of being fully independent on both mortgage and life assurance whilst benefiting from administration support, leading technology, product exclusives, marketing support as well as full compliance backup.

Whole of market (or multi-lender) experience is essential, ideally gained in a broking role and you will also need to be CeMAP and CAS qualified. Lastly you will be ambitious and have a target-driven attitude, and want to work for a truly entrepreneurial broker, with a very strong market reputation!

In return they offer a £25k basic to start + 15% commission on all banked business with no threshold and 25% above £125k banked business.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm, and alternate Saturdays 9am-5pm.
