Marketing Assistant

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Duties
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Assist in creating content for social media platforms
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers
- Conduct keyword research and assist in SEO strategies
- Assist in the creation and optimization of Google Ads campaigns
- Analyse marketing data and provide reports to the team
- Assist in updating content on WordPress website
- Utilise Excel for data organisation and reporting

Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media management
- Knowledge of Google Ads and basic marketing principles
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and external partners
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with WordPress for content management is advantageous
- Ability to use Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Understanding of SEO principles to enhance online visibility.

You will be working independently and so must have the confidence and and ability to manage your work load with minimum direction, although you will have support from across the team – including the IT Manager and external marketing support.

Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
